Territory Sales Convergence

Description: 

To perform sales activities of Home Business in regional to ensure the achievement of business target 

Job Accountabilities : 

  1. Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives for home business to ensure the achievement of sales target 
  2. Perform the end-to-end sales cycle process to ensure the execution is according to plan with certain predetermined standards
  3. Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility 
  4. Analyze regional market new opportunities for growth
  5. Coordinate with region to optimize salesforce synergy
  6. Manage sales staff & channels (direct sales, retail, partnership, etc.)  
  7. Responsible for understanding, implementing the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions.

Education :  S1 - Management or Sales

Years of Experience :  3 - 5 Years
