Home Regional Sales (Pontianak)

  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives for home business to ensure the achievement of sales target
  • Perform the end-to-end sales cycle process to ensure the execution is according to plan with certain predetermined standards
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyze regional market new opportunities for growth
  • Coordinate with region to optimize salesforce synergy
  • Manage sales staff & channels (direct sales, retail, partnership, etc.)
  • Maintain company direction (OPEX , CPA, Expansion, etc ) together with management 
  • Ensure the implementation of company core value to the team.
