Head Sales
Description:
Ensure achievement of targets in assigned cluster(s) through effective execution of sales, distribution & trade marketing
- Achieve cluster targets (revenue, gross adds, reach, availability, visibility) by ensuring effective planning and execution of sales, distribution, DOP management and trade marketing activities
- Collaborate with DOP on a day-to-day basis to improve performance by providing strategic and tactical inputs
- Ensure delivery on all update information to territory Sales and DOP staff about product, program and strategic analysis of the area such as: Performance, Tower profit, Roll Out plan and ensure they understand and execute it
- Provide feedback to Region Group Head on Strategic Action Plan & Channel Program, that suitable for their area in other to have higher market share and wallet share from RO/Players
- Provide inputs to Region Trade & Channel on branding on ROs, POSM allocation, billboard locations, events and ensure promo plans are executed as planned
- Periodically Provide market intelligence/insights on competitor moves that are collected by TS and DCP and propose the action plan to Region Group Head
- Creating executable plan on Marketing activities by collaborating with Trade & Channel and ensure excellence execution and evaluating the result for the next activity
- Escalate complain from partners/Territory Sales related to network issues and operational issues to channel, network & IT within the specific timeline and collaborate with SOM/IT on monitoring the problem solving.
- Ensure adequate investment from top players (in collaboration with Group Heads) and RO Pareto by maintaining strong relationships through regular visits to all of Territory area
- Provide DOP with action items by reviewing the profitability & standardization
- Confirm and provide feedback to Network Planning Team on new Roll Out or investment in their area by coordinating with Territory sales and SOM team to ensure correct location/priority of BTS
- Manage performance of own direct reports (Territory Sales and DCP team) by coaching, identifying development areas and recommending training programs/ interventions
