Voice/Messaging Roaming and Submarine Partnership

 Identify potential partners and opportunities for submarine cable projects.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators, infrastructure providers, and other stakeholders.

 Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with regulatory requirements

 Develop and implement interconnection strategies to enhance network connectivity and performance.

 Identify potential interconnection partners and opportunities to expand network reach.

 Create and maintain interconnection roadmaps and plans

 Responsible to set up driver and calculate revenue forecast in periodically to ensure speed up of revenue booking process Monetize Optimization

 Maximizing all of XL's infrastructure & service (traffic CDN, optic idle available, colocation service, etc) to be able to generate revenue via sell to Global & Domestic players
