Technical Lead

Description

The specialist in charge of translating the design experiences into a scalable, secure, reliable, and efficient technical mobile or web application design. The specialist also oversees the development and testing and deployment/release of the application and liaises with operation for the post release support. The tech lead role requires close collaboration with product owners and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, scalability, and optimal performance of the mobile or web app

Job Purpose

1. Technical Solution Design - Design technical solutions for mobile and web applications including HLDs & LLDs, sequences and workflows, and data models that can be further developed by internal or external developers
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clarifying technical aspects of projects for cross-functional teams
3. Provide technical guidance during sprint planning, development, and QA phases
4. Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical challenges during design, development, or production phases
5. Implement code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.
6. Perform impact assessments for changes in requirements or technical scope
