Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance the efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness of technology operations.

To lead and supervise daily monitoring Performance of National RAN Sites.

Managing RAN Network Element 2G/4G/5G daily monitoring performance, Site improvement, Capacity, Coverage quality optimization of RAN XL Network.

Managing of Customer Experience Improvement (CX) and TNPS Mobile, Home and Enterprise.

Responsible to Manage new Feature and strategy related RAN

Lead Manage service of RAN XL Network and service credit

Develop and supervise the automation environment of RAN like SON, tools integration to OWS, RAN Discovery, RAN IOM, Power Saving, CARS, and etc
-
Develop and Identify opportunities for automation, design and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and processes.

To lead the improvement of PFT by new solution by leading coordination MS/XLNPD/XLSOM such LRT NPI, KRL/LRT Improvement and MBTS. Also, facilitate change management processes for new operational initiatives and automation projects.

Responsible to deliver best network performance for KEA such NARU, Lebaran, Motor GP, Enterprise (BCA/CIMB/Mandiri/Gojek).

Responsible to deliver Enterprise business integration to XL Network, such BCA 4G Access, Valley Network Optimization, etc.
