  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients.
  4. Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and proactively address issues or concerns.
  5. Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and work to expand the business relationship.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  7. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure prompt and effective communication.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions to clients.
