Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic accounts within the manufacturing, transportation & logistics industry.
Acquiring new clients and expanding existing client relationships.
Job accountabilities:
- Experience in ICT and IoT sales roles.
- Ability to execute new customer acquisition and recurring accounts (classified as Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics key accounts) to contribute revenue to XL Large Enterprise Business.
- Managing the entire sales process and Key Account Management to ensure service delivery to all Key Account customers across Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics sectors.
- Execute systematic account planning and strategy for Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics customers.
- Execute and provide support for procurement activities, overseeing multiple stages for Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics customers.
- Support the identification of key products and services for XL to develop or improve based on Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics preferences.
- Deliver end-to-end sales service (from pre-sales to post-sales and collections) for all key accounts classified under Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics sectors.
- Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
