Regional Enterprise Account Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, telco experience is preferred. 
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a focus on regional or territory management.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies for regional growth.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster positive client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret market trends, sales data, and performance metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, contributing to regional business growth and success.

Regional Enterprise Account Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and strengthen relationships with clients within the assigned region, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the region, identifying opportunities and maximizing revenue potential.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand trends, competition, and opportunities, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring the delivery of products or services meets client expectations.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to align strategies and achieve regional objectives.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights into regional performance and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Address client concerns or issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift and effective solutions.
  • Meet and exceed regional sales targets, contributing to the overall business growth and success within the designated territory.
