Regional Enterprise Account Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, telco experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a focus on regional or territory management.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies for regional growth.
- Excellent communication skills to foster positive client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
- Analytical mindset to interpret market trends, sales data, and performance metrics for informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, contributing to regional business growth and success.
Regional Enterprise Account Duties & Responsibilities:
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with clients within the assigned region, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the region, identifying opportunities and maximizing revenue potential.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand trends, competition, and opportunities, informing strategic decision-making.
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring the delivery of products or services meets client expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to align strategies and achieve regional objectives.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights into regional performance and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Address client concerns or issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift and effective solutions.
