Description

To execute activities related to E2E Telco operations, focus in managing Fiber Leased Partner, in order to maintain and enhance network reliability and ultimately support XL Axiata's business operations 

Main Resposibilities

1. Managing network availability from fiber transport point of view.
2. Monitor and control the Managed Service Partner (MSP) to achieve the Network Operation SLA/KPI target and delivery improvement
3. Managing the incident and problem related to Fiber-leased thingy, including managing the internal and external coordination (MSP, Fiber Partner etc) and follow up until the incident solved within the SLA; and prevent the similar risk/problem happened in the future.
4. Optimizing network transport topology to achieve efficiency and better customer experience.
5. Define strategy on cost saving without jeopardize network performance

2. Understand Telco Network Topology
3. Familiar with Fiber Monitoring Tools
