Responsible for planning, executing, and managing chatbot development projects. This position plays a crucial role in implementing chatbot solutions to enhance customer experiences and streamline interactions in the commercial consumer market segment
Job Accountabilities :
- Lead chatbot development projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and establish project plans
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources allocation to ensure successful chatbot deployment.
- Coordinate quality assurance, testing, and user training efforts related to chatbots
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards
- Communicate project progress and updates to internal stakeholders and executive leadership
- Stay current with emerging chatbot technologies and best practices in project management.
- Responsible for understanding, implementing the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
