Description

Responsible for planning, executing, and managing chatbot development projects. This position plays a crucial role in implementing chatbot solutions to enhance customer experiences and streamline interactions in the commercial consumer market segment

 

Job Accountabilities : 

  1. Lead chatbot development projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and establish project plans
  3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources allocation to ensure successful chatbot deployment. 
  4. Coordinate quality assurance, testing, and user training efforts related to chatbots
  5. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards
  6. Communicate project progress and updates to internal stakeholders and executive leadership
  7. Stay current with emerging chatbot technologies and best practices in project management. 
  8. Responsible for understanding, implementing the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
