Job Purpose ;
Responsibility will be to align the product strategy with the business objectives, ensuring that the home sales experience is exceptional for our customers.
Responsibilities :
- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for home sales touchpoints, encompassing both digital and in-person interactions.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, including sales teams, and development teams to ensure alignment of priorities and objectives.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, data analysts, and development teams to create and implement customer-centric solutions.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and functionalities based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer insights, and analyze data to drive iterative improvements.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, including defining requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
- Ensure that the product complies with relevant regulations and industry standards in the home sales sector.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or Real Estate
- Min. 4-6 years of experience in product management, with a focus on home sales touchpoints and customer experience.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful product launches is preferred.

Strong understanding of home sales processes and touchpoint technologies, Proficiency in agile product development methodologies, Knowledge of UX/UI design principles, customer journey mapping, and data analytics. Familiarity with the real estate industry, e-commerce, and CRM systems.
