Key Accountability

• Combine creative flair and technical skills to design information and communication technology based products that entertain, educate or inform by the user
• Multimedia expert design-create-develop and deliver computer animation, audio, video and graphic image files for multimedia applications.
• Responsible to deliver multimedia content of learning modules, social media, campaign internal / external of contact center
• Responsible for content distribution and consultancy in order to create frontliner’s mastery
• Arrange / direct campaign production with agency for larger campaign scale 
• Develop learning process and build effective & efficient learning experience through fast, simple, interactive learning experiences

Job Requirement

• Able to well operate professional camera and peripheral related to multimedia production 
• Able to artistically use software applications for editing photo, video, sound, motion graphic and other multimedia format
• Able to effectively write scripts, convey ideas, and deliver information in a clear and logical way is a critical skill
• Able to know how to manage a multimedia project, organize knowledge + skill to complete project on time. 
• Able to create learning module in storyline articulate 360
