Responsible for developing and executing strategies to create appealing retail offerings and propositions specifically targeted at the youth demographic. This role focuses on attracting and retaining young customers, optimizing the retail experience for this segment, and driving business growth 

 

Job Accountabilities:

  1. Define and execute strategies for creating and enhancing retail propositions tailored to the unique needs, preferences, and aspirations of the youth demographic 
  2. Develop product and service offerings that resonate with young consumers 
  3. Conduct market research to gain a deep understanding of youth consumer behavior, preferences, and trends 
  4. Utilize youth-specific insights to inform proposition development and marketing strategies 
  5. Optimize existing products and services to align with the demands and aspirations of young consumers 
  6. Identify opportunities for product/service expansion or innovation to cater to youth needs 
  7. Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns that appeal to the youth demographic 
  8. Analyze the effectiveness of pricing and promotional efforts and adjust as needed 
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the end-to-end retail customer journey for young consumers 
  10. Address youth-specific feedback and concerns to ensure a highly satisfying retail experience 
  11. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of youth retail propositions 
  12. Monitor and analyze proposition performance, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction within the youth segment 
  13. Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment of youth retail strategies with overall business goals 
  14. Communicate youth-related insights to cross-functional stakeholders for informed decision-making 
  15. Lead and manage a team responsible for proposition development, marketing, and youth customer experience enhancements 
  16. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team 
  17. Responsible for ensuring the requirements of occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system are implemented and fulfilled by their respective units.
