Responsible for overseeing and managing the medium-sized enterprise segment within an organization for jabodetabek and west region. This role focuses on developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction within this specific market segment.
Job Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the medium enterprise segment that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability by setting and achieving sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medium enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product development and service teams to ensure that offerings align with the unique needs and preferences of medium enterprise clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs within the medium enterprise segment.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to sales and account management teams focused on the medium enterprise segment.
- Oversee financial aspects of the medium enterprise segment, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product development, and executive leadership.
- Responsible for ensuring the requirements of occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system are implemented and fulfilled by their respective units.
