Head Digital Partnership

Job Purpose

Responsible to manage overall partnership vision & strategy of XL Axiata as converged operator in order to maximize partnership contribution for adding the value of converged products

Key Accountabilities

1    Define overall partnership requirements from all stakeholders in XL Axiata and formulate strategy  within categorized industries to contribute in adding value of overall XL Axiata Revenue through a road map
2    Ensure deliverables of all KPIs and target are aligned to all partnership conducted, all team members and maintain business performance 
3    Manage and lead partnership strategic development, as well as helping team to prioritize, negotiate, and trouble-shooting to achieve business results
4    Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
5    Develop plans and execute functional strategies for many type of partnerships coordination and integration across stakeholders, as well as provide input into strategic decisions affecting KPIs
6    Daily monitoring of business performance thru partnership collaboration and utilizing dashboard, identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
7    Track customer experiences and behaviors via metrics across online and offline channels, devices and touchpoints
8    Monitoring market trends and competitor activities in order to identify potential opportunities for new partnerships
