Accountabilities:

 

1. Develop, review  and map current and future availability of home-passes, competitor, potential, scoring

2. Build clustering  based on those scoring, with geographical consideration mapped to business needs

3. Build Ratio home-passes to direct sales, based on geographical challenge and proximity of each home-passes

4. Develop sales and infrastructure planning  based on the business needs

5. Close-loop process to gather market intelligence (competitor info and customers’ current provider, etc.)

6. Develop standard  for performance (KPI) review and do regular performance review with fulfilment party

7. Develop Knowledge management standard  and make sure the implementation across the team

8. Build standardization for external partner to enable sales target achievement

 

Requirements:

 

  • 8-10 years experiences  in sales and distribution  particular in convergence
  • Experience in managing sales force and telesales
  • Experience in managing manage service in recruitment to external party
  • Able to formulate granular distribution strategy
  • Detail and result oriented
  • Have adequate structural and strategic thinking
