A Growth Hacker is responsible for driving rapid and sustainable user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. They employ a mix of creative, analytical, and technical strategies to optimize product-market fit and maximize the company&aposs growth potential across web and mobile platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, etc) to track and interpret key metrics.
- Experience with A/B testing, growth experiments, and multivariate testing to drive results.
- Familiarity with SQL for data querying, and the ability to use data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing engagement tools (eg.moengage, etc)
- Ability to conceptualize innovative growth campaigns tailored to the telecommunications market.
- Experience with app-based growth strategies and in-app marketing (push notifications, in-app banners, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to experiment with unconventional methods to achieve scalable growth.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to align growth objectives and campaigns.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present growth findings, strategies, and recommendations to senior management.
- Understanding of telecommunications products (mobile services, internet packages, bundles, etc.) and the competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in KPIs and performance metrics related to growth, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), churn rate, and conversion rates.
