Group Head Digital Partnership

Description

Responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships within the digital space to drive digital transformation, innovation, and growth for an organization. This role involves identifying, negotiating, and nurturing partnerships with digital platforms, technology companies, and other digital ecosystem players

 

Job Accountabilities : 

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital partnership strategy that aligns with the organization's digital transformation goals and business objectives
  2. Identify potential digital partners and assess their compatibility, capabilities, and potential impact on the organization's digital initiatives
  3. Lead negotiations with digital partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements, including terms, conditions, revenue-sharing models, and data-sharing arrangements.
  4. Oversee the development and management of digital partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirement
  5. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing digital partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and value delivery
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, such as IT and product development, to assess and implement technology integrations with digital partners
  7. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success and impact of digital partnership initiatives
  8. Stay informed about emerging digital trends, technologies, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats in the digital landscape
  9. Assess and mitigate potential risks associated with digital partnerships, including data security and compliance issues\
  10. Responsible for ensuring the responsibilities and authorities of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system are communicated and understood by all employees.
