Description
To manage external communications with external stakeholders in order to maintain and improve good corporate image & reputation for supporting XL's business success
Job Accountabilities :
- Develop external communication strategy for all relevant stakeholders
- Establish overall external strategy for risk reduction/damage control of corporate image
- Develop external communications and announcements plan
- Execute the external corp. communication and relationship activities (eg. corporate events, media update, press conference, company anniversary, product launch, signing ceremony, etc)
- Develop and ensure overall execution of external communications are timely, accurate and effective (e.g., FAQ's, press release, CEO messages, messages on company website etc.)
- Establish and maintain XL's relationship with key media/journalist, community, KOL, influencer, etc
- Address corporate crisis management related to poor public opinion and customer complains through media
- Manage media relationships to expand XL influence to gain positive media coverage
- Manage external issues that may potentially impact and damage the company image and reputation
- Define corporate identity - Coordinate with Customer & Branding Experience units to ensure the alignment between corporate identity and product branding
- Monitor regularly corporate image
- Manage negative news about company - analyze media coverage and tone to evaluate impact on corporate image
- Responsible for understanding, implementing the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
- Conduct stakeholder mapping and analysis to ensure targeted engagement strategies.
