Description

  1. Develop, execute, and evaluate an employee relations communications strategy, including retention initiatives that promote XL culture to ensure that business goals, initiatives, and organizational/people news are communicated regularly and effectively
  2. Develop and deliver end-to-end internal employee engagement plans and campaigns and communications and ensuring all initiatives/activities are delivered and communicated about in timely and efficient ways
  3. Responsible for ensuring content consistency of messages and alignment to overall company and HR strategy
  4. Encourage the adoption of relevant social media best practices into the corporate culture and support the company’s internal social media related engagement projects, as well as recommending new systems and vehicles to improve the quality, consistency and timeliness of information
  5. Serve as project point person on specific segments of employee engagement and communications programs, including contests, meeting logistics, meeting recaps, budget summaries, etc., to ensure all engagement programs are successfully implemented
  6. Act as the Human Capital communications coordinator for the launch of special programs and events partner with change leadership teams to leverage employee communications as part of the change management process
  7. Assess organizational climate through employee surveys and focus groups
  8. Stay informed and aware of organizational operations and initiatives and identify areas where additional internal associate engagement communication is needed and develop a plan to meet those needs

Education

S1 (Strata 1) in Business Administration or Management
