Device Product Management

Lead & manage device bundling product proposition & promotions for premium segments to acquire high quality and loyal subscriber base.

This role requires tech savvy, strong understanding of device product and distribution channel landscape and ability to build a good relationship with top device brands and retail stores to design an attractive partnerships programs

  1. Define product roadmaps, prioritize features delivery, and set clear goals that aligns with the overall business objective.
  2. Design end-to-end product experience that emphasizes on simplicity, clarity and transparency.
  3. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring product quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
  4. Maximize new device launch impact by coordinating the device go-to-market plan with marcom and channel team to ensure a smooth and attractive launch.
  5. Create promotion programs that is relevent with the profile and behaviour of the target market.
  6. Monitor and analyze product performance, including revenue and profitability.
  7. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
  8. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, feedback, market trends, and competitive insights. Use this data to improve product decisions and innovation.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer support, and marketing, to ensure effective product launches, training, and support.
  10. Work closely with channel and regional sales team (internal & external) to plan and align product launch roadmap and marketing activities throughout the year.
  11. Responsible for understanding and implementing the requirements of the occupational health and safety management system, as well as the environmental management system, in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
  12. Ensure product compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
