To execute overall analytic activities related to the Commercial Segment (Mobile, Enterprise and XLHOME) in order to provide insight and recommendations to improve business performance, becoming an objective and independent decision-making partner of each segment owner
Job Accountabilities :
- Give insights to help segment owners define new revenue-generating opportunities
- Provide root-cause analysis whenever there is an indication of underperforming business trends, provide recommendation on how to react
- Provide analytics support to any business unit within XL that requires advanced analytics within the Mass Market segment (e.g. subscriber data mart for self-service analytics for CVM, channels, and other units)
- Work together with across Analytics unit in order to ensure that Segment requirements will be captured by new technical developments / data foundations
- Develop report and analytical dashboard in order to support insight needs under any constraint (e.g. churn, segment analytics etc.)
- Develop Customer behavior, Customer Profile, and Customer Segmentation
