CVM New Revenue & Convergence Growth

Overview :

  • Identifying business growth opportunities by understanding the optimum offer for a specific segment and the best channel to campaign those subscribers.
  • Deep-diving internal & external data to identify gaps vs. competition and develop business strategies to design, plan, and execute growth project activity to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Perform growth campaign project incubation by intensively monitoring the performance to understand the impact on the topline revenue and exercise continuous iteration to ensure successful delivery; Enabling sustainable growth and enhanced customer experiences. Responsible for fostering collaboration and alignment between different business units to drive innovation, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Identify and analyze opportunities for convergence across product and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute convergence strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between different business units to ensure convergence initiatives are effectively implemented.
  • Monitor key performance metrics related to convergence and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead or participate in innovation projects to enhance product/service offerings.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to mobile and convergence services.
  • Responsible for understanding, and implementing the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
