Lead end to end tender process (pre bid, bid, win, deliver), drive tender compliancy both technical and non-technical (including new business certification, new association membership, new business consortium / partnership, etc), develop business intelligence capability to increase bid win rate and gain business insight for sales, develop strategic partnership management for ICT solution, drive agile and innovation program in the area of connectivity, ICT and consultancy services
 

Job Purpose

  1. Lead end to end bids process (pre bid, bid, win, delivery) and lead bids development document for tenders (complex ICT solutions and big tender)
  2. Lead bid management process improvement to craft better bid win strategy include group alignment 
  3. Design and develop weekly bids analysis report (include internal & digitization projects) and quarterly business insight
  4. Lead XL onboarding on LKPP and new e-proc customer include update profile & monitoring bid both current e-proc and new e-proc
  5. Lead new institutional certification (KBLI, ISO, HSE, TKDN, etc) and personal certification (design curriculum journey) include membership association registration and business involvement activities to comply with B2B tender requirement
  6. Design and create business intelligence analysis to increase win probability include building engagement strategy in accordance with Sales and other potential source
  7. Develop data insight presentation to specific B2B and SME business company to sharpen ICT solution offers, include potential data insight business monetization assessment
  8. Lead new strategic partnership deal in various advanced ICT solution (include cloud, security, big data, consultancy services, etc) to increase win probability in B2B and SME business and add new ICT portfolio service (include strategy analysis & due diligence)
  9. Develop partnership management evaluation and create strategic option to elevate partnership value include assessment digital platform to monitor partner performance
  10. Lead innovation program (scaling agile like building Tribe Agile Team) and external hackathon
  11. Lead training and consultancy services roadmap, business model, feasibility study, GTM both ICT and non IT
  12. Responsible for understanding, implementing the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
