Analytics Pool - Mass Market


Key Responsibilities :

To Execute end to end analytic activities related to the Mass segment in order to provide insight and recommendations to improve business performance, and being direct liason for end-to-end discussion on Mass Market analysis 
Understand what is the situation of the Mass Market business and the potential areas of improvement in order to prioritize analysis towards making relevant decisions 
Perform root-cause analysis whenever there is an indication of underperforming business trends, provide recommendations on how to react
Conduct evaluation and analyzing the performance of any business initiative in the Mass Product Market segment and provide recommendations on how to improve performance
Build and design subscriber data mart for self-service analytics for Mass business needs and conduct cross function coordination to ensure data mart established 
Conduct and execute business cases calculation for Mass and provide feedback to segment owners on how to adapt its product proposal to ensure manageable profitability
Work with Analytics CoE in order to ensure that Mass business requirements will be captured in new technical development /data foundations

Requirements : 
1. Bachelor's Degree 3-5 years relevant experience in data & analytics / statistics / mathematics / quantitative market research
2. Has Experience working on big and multi variance dataset
3. Have good reasoning, analytical thinking and visualization skills to merge data insights with business acumen
4. Has excellent understanding on Teradata, Cloudera, PowerBI, Tableau and other data analytics tools
