Description

To perform sales activities of Home Business in regional to ensure the achievement of business target

  1. Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives for home business to ensure the achievement of sales target 
  2. Perform the end-to-end sales cycle process to ensure the execution is according to plan with certain predetermined standards 
  3. Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility 
  4. Analyze regional market new opportunities for growth 
  5. Coordinate with region to optimize salesforce synergy 
  6. Manage sales staff & channels (direct sales, retail, partnership, etc.)
  7. Responsible for understanding and implementing the requirements of the occupational health and safety management system, as well as the environmental management system, in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
