Channel Operations (Bandung)

Description

Coordinate the Channel Operations activities in the Region and provide operational support to the Regional Trade & Channel.

 

Job Accountabilities:

  1. Review and monitor stock allocation of starter packs, physical vouchers, reload including device (handset, MBB) for validation of the weekly stock allocation and distribute to Dealers. Also conduct physical audits at dealer warehouse when required.  
  2. Manage and monitor the delivery of SP/PV/Reload/Device to dealers within timelines to ensure sufficient stock availability and coordinate with Channel Operation HQ when needed and Coordinate with the Region Trade & Channel for resolving complaints related to stock delivery or stock defect (if any)    
  3. Keep track of market stock ageing and ensuring corrective measures are taken before shelf life expiry and coordinate with Sales Team & Dealer to take action when occurred  
  4. Ensure payment from dealers by tracking the payment, raising SO and DO in SAP, and coordinating with finance region and escalate to Regional Trade & Channel when needed 
  5. Ensure implementation of Dealer Management policy and monitor the execution in every Dealer area in coordinating with Sales Team and proceed any IOM related to operational/program 
  6. Cascade and monitor KPI to dealers by supporting cluster based analysis report periodically and responsible on executing commission payment (KPI, Special Program) to dealer in cooperation with Finance region team  
  7. Provide operational ad-hoc support to the Region Trade & Channel on any Channel Operations related activities as needed (including Dealer/RO Program)  
  8. Handling complaint from RO via Dealer and escalating to related function about operational things (Program, SPWL, W2P trx, IDEX problem, End Balance, Transfer Stock, Open Floating, CGI problem, Open Border, 151 Trx, etc) 
  9. Coordinate with Finance Region/HQ on Providing Bukti Potong Pajak (Tax) to RO and Faktur Pajak (Tax) to Dealer (Including Dealer Device Bundling)  
  10. Provide distribution parameters reports to Sales Team and Dealer Team (Canvasser Visit, Sell In, SP availability, 151, W2P, W2W) 
  11. Responsible for understanding, implementing the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
