Job Purpose
To Perform Sales Activities of Home Business in Regional to Ensure the Achievement of Business Target
Job Accountabilities
- Create Regional Sales Plans and Quotas in Alignment with Business to ensure the achivement of sales target
- Perform the end to end sales cycle process to ensure the execution is according to plan with certain predetermined standards
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Analyze regional market new opportunities to growth
- Coordinate with region to optimize salesforce synergy
- Manage Sales staff & channels (direct sales, retail, partnership, etc)
- responsibile for understanding, implementing the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions
