Regional Event Coordinator


Objective: To create, develop, monitor, and continuously improve XL Home's on-ground activation activities, optimizing sales conversion and supporting XL Home to reach its business objectives

  • Assist ATL & BTL with on-ground activation marketing strategy; branding, positioning, messaging, monitoring, analyzing, and creative across the customer journey
  • Work with digital, deployment, product, and Customer Service to craft on-ground communication strategy  for augmenting the business volume by enhancing brand visibility and leads.
  • Create concept and strategy for on-ground communication and activation marketing activities and campaigns, while working closely with appointed activation agency
  • Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & coordinating with the frontline sales team.
  • Developing marketing calendar for special and regular projects
  • Identify and develop new markets (especially in rural segments) for expanding the reach of the organization.
