Partnership & Reseller Channel Management


To Onboarding, Tracking, Developing, Analyze and Monitor Enterprise Channel especialy for Partnership and Reseller in order to ensure Enterprise Channel performance achievement and ultimately support XL Axiata revenue especially from Enteprise and SME Segment



  1. Onboarding and Develop Partners and Resellers Channel to Ensure Achievement of XL Enterprise Target from Partnership and Reseller Channel
  2. Monitor, calculate and analyze Partnership and Reseller Channel Trend and Performance
  3. Helicopter view how to penetrate Market Enterprise through channel
  4. Planning, Organizing, implementation and evaluate program effectiveness to penetrate market through enterprsie channel, including cooperation with other sales team
  5. Support and Colaboration with SME and LE Sales team to planning & develop for push program, event, and other sales activity through channel
  6. Ensure all channel fully understand with and promote XL products and services properly
  7. Design the programs to improve all channel capability (e.g. training, help to improve the systems, resources management, sales & marketing)


Min. 4years relevant experience in B2B Sales / distribution channel management

Employment Status:  Contract
