Responsible for leading and orchestrating the seamless integration of various channels (physical stores, digital platforms, e-commerce, etc.) into a unified and cohesive customer experience. This role involves developing and executing omnichannel strategies, optimizing operations, and enhancing the organization's capability to deliver a consistent customer journey across all touchpoints 

Job Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and implement omnichannel strategies that align with the organization's goals and customer expectations 
  2. Define clear objectives, KPIs, and metrics to measure the success of omnichannel initiatives 
  3. Ensure alignment and collaboration in delivering a seamless customer experience 
  4. Foster communication and coordination among teams to break down silos and create a unified approach 
  5. Evaluate, implement, and manage the technology platforms and systems necessary for effective omnichannel operations  
  6. Design and implement strategies to create a consistent, personalized, and frictionless customer journey across all touchpoints 
  7. Ensure a seamless transition between digital and physical interactions 
  8. Develop and manage inventory and order fulfillment strategies that support omnichannel operations, including click-and-collect, ship-from-store, and more 
  9. Responsible for ensuring the requirements of occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system are implemented and fulfilled by their respective units.
