Head CVM Commercial Mass & Loyalty


To support the Group Head of CVM in the definition and lead the execution of the CVM strategy that maximises customer value through profitability getting customers to stay longer and spend more across segment bases by building strong alliances with leaders  in product/segment, channels, and IT functions.  To lead and motivate segment plan via virtual team model.

Manage all the BTL activities for the segment and work together collaboratively for all the activities related to the segment

Cooperate in sharing insight on customer behavior and preferences as well as developing and refining product offerign design, incl. retention offer

Analysis related to CLM for Mass and Youth segments Cooperate in obtaining insights on customer behavior, preferences, and needs to be further analyzed by CLM

Provide the specifications and detailed direction for all the campaigns to be executed

Provide input on brand guidelines and brand architecture as per analytics result and request market research reports

Provide all the specs and requirements for all the CVM benefits product creation
