Territory Sales - Convergence
Description:
To perform sales activities of Home Business in regional to ensure the achievement of business target
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives for home business to ensure the achievement of sales target
- Perform the end-to-end sales cycle process to ensure the execution is according to plan with certain predetermined standards
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Analyze regional market new opportunities for growth
- Coordinate with region to optimize salesforce synergy
- Manage sales staff & channels (direct sales, retail, partnership, etc.)
- Responsible for understanding, implementing the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
