Territory Sales


Plan sales operations activities and execute the plan in an efficient manner
Create and strengthen the relationship with dealer/partner
Develop mutual benefits among all stakeholders to achieve common purposes
Perform competitor benchmarking by having view through the eyes of the competitors as to understand competitor's movement and market trend
Review and propose financial solutions for a better partner profitability
To be persistent in selling and able to persuade the potential customer
Develop a "winning" mentality and persistence in achieving the company's goal
Resolve conflict through win-win engagement
Act as a role model for others and be able to mentor and coach subordinates whenever required.

Bachelor's degree from any major discipline
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales field or has to passion for sales
Good understanding of sales, distribution, market, and competition analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills
